Register to be a Wendish Fest Vendor
Vendor registration is now open for Wendish Fest! Wendish Fest will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at the Serbin Picnic Grounds. Contact us at museum@texaswendish.org or (979) 366-2441 to reserve your vendor spot.
There will be no charge for vendors if the following expectations are met:
- You must have a demonstration or educational aspect to your presentation.
- Be responsible for your own setup and clean up, including all trash.
- You must check in at the information booth (near the beer booth) between 9:00 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.
- You must be set up before 10:00 a.m. and can shut down after 3:00 p.m.
- No cars should be near the vendor booth after 10:00 a.m.
- Self-contained
- Vendors must bring their own chairs, water, tables, and tents. A tent will be provided for vendors. There is no electricity available for vendor booths.
