Plan your visit to the Texas Wendish Heritage Society’s 36th Annual Wendish Fest!

The annual Wendish Fest is a day of celebrating Texas Wendish culture and history through delicious Wendish food, unique cultural activities, folklife exhibits, demonstrations, and live polka music. The festival is a free, family-friendly event held outdoors at the historic Serbin Picnic Grounds on September 22 from 10AM-5PM. Lunch meal tickets can only be purchased at the festival, no presale tickets are available. Be sure to take a look at our frequently asked questions page, by clicking here. 10:00am-3:00pm Texas Wendish Heritage Museum closes at 3:00 and the complex closes at 5:00.
